AI Match Scoring
Every job is scored 1–10 against your resume by Claude AI. Jobs below your threshold are filtered out automatically — adjust the minimum score anytime in Settings → Minimum match score.
Jobs that find you
Second Summit reads employers' own job boards (Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby) and scores the new roles for you every morning. Follow companies you care about in Settings, press Find matches any time, or use + Add a job for anything you find elsewhere, including LinkedIn, Indeed and Google results.
Multiple Locations
Search up to 5 cities at once, plus remote. Mix on-site and remote in the same run — cast a wide net without extra effort.
Smart Filters
Filter jobs by status (New / Interested / Applied / Pass), date posted, and match score band (Excellent / Strong / Good).
Feedback Loop
Rate any job 👍 or 👎 and add a note. Claude uses your ratings as examples to score future jobs closer to what you actually want.
Full Job History
Every job ever found is saved and deduplicated. Each card shows its status at a glance (New, Interested, Applied, Pass) and a Mark applied button appears when you hover, so you can see what you have and haven't applied to without opening anything.
Completely Private
Your resume, jobs and documents are visible only to your account. Only the text needed for scoring and writing is sent to the AI.
AI Title Suggestions
Paste your resume and Second Summit suggests the best job titles to search, using the exact language of real postings. If you've filled in What I'm looking for, the suggestions lean toward where you want to go, not just where you've been.
Tailored Resume
Click "Tailor resume" on any job to generate a version with the job's keywords woven in naturally and your skills grouped into categories that fit the role. Edit inline or chat with the AI, then download a PDF or a Word file that keeps its formatting when you edit it. Your tailored resumes are saved, so they're still there next time.
Per-Job Skills Gap
Click "Skills gap" on any job for an instant comparison of what you have vs. what's required — so you know exactly where you stand before applying.
Insights Dashboard
See which keywords appear most across your top matches, then run a cross-job skills gap analysis to find what to add to your resume for maximum impact.
Job Archive
Jobs older than your threshold (default: 1 month) move to the Archive tab automatically. Your board stays clean while your full history is preserved.
ATS Score
Click ATS score on a job to see how an applicant tracking system is likely to treat your resume: keywords matched and missing, whether the file reads cleanly as plain text, and how well your titles line up. It compares your original resume to the tailored one and can work missing keywords in only where they're true. It's an estimate, since no ATS publishes its scoring.
Cover Letters in Your Voice
Help me apply starts with a short survey: a few questions about you (saved once, reused every time) and a few about the role. Your answers are the raw material, which is why the letter sounds like you and not like AI. Pick a tone, then export the letter as PDF or Word with the same letterhead as your resume.
Add a Job You Found Elsewhere
Saw a role on a friend's referral, a company site or another board? Click + Add a job in the top bar and paste the description (or a link). It gets a fit score and works with everything else: tailor a resume, skills gap, ATS score, cover letter and status tracking. Jobs you add are marked "Added by me" and never get archived.
What I'm Looking For
Your resume shows where you've been. In Settings → What I'm looking for, tell us where you want to go: a career change, target industries, the strengths you want to lean on, must-haves and things to avoid. It shapes job scoring, title suggestions, how your resume is angled and your cover letters. It matters most if you're switching fields.
Job Levels
Choose which levels to search for (executive, director, manager, senior, mid-level, entry-level) in Settings → What I'm looking for. All levels are on by default; narrow it to cut noise, or include lower levels if you're starting out or changing fields.
Your Data
Settings → Your data exports everything (jobs, statuses, resumes, cover letters, preferences) to one file. Moving over from the desktop app? Import its export file there.
Tips for best results
Rate the first 20 jobs
Giving 👍/👎 feedback on your first batch calibrates the AI to your taste. Add a short note explaining why — it makes future scoring much sharper.
Set your score threshold to 7+
A score of 7 or 8 is a strong match. Setting the minimum below 6 tends to flood your list with marginal results. Raise it to cut through the noise.
Add more job titles, not just variations
Companies use different words for the same role. Use "Suggest Titles" to find the exact terms real postings use — then add the ones that fit.
Fill in "What I'm looking for" first
Two minutes in Settings tells the AI which direction you want to go, so scores, suggested titles and tailored resumes aim at your next job, not your last one.
Answer the cover letter survey honestly
Rough notes are plenty. One real story and one non-work detail do more than any amount of polish. Your "about you" answers are saved for every future application.
Tailor, then check the ATS score
Generate the tailored resume first, then click ATS score to see what's still missing. Only accept keywords you can truthfully back up.

What I'm looking for
Your resume shows where you've been. Tell us where you want to go. This shapes which jobs are scored highly, the titles we suggest, how your resume is angled, and your cover letters.
Jobs whose title doesn't match a checked level are skipped before scoring. Leave them all checked to see everything. Entry-level and career-changers should include the lower levels.
Click Save Settings below to apply. Use ✨ Suggest from resume in Search Criteria to get job titles based on these goals.
Follow a company
Second Summit reads employers' own job boards and finds roles that fit you. Add a company you care about and its jobs join the daily matches.
Works for companies that publish on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters or Recruitee. For anything else, use "+ Add a job" with a link to one of their postings.
